Desire To Be An Expatriate

Just now, my master's office mate, an expatriate from India, while discussing about the job at my master's table, he suddenly mentioned about my picture on the wall.

He said he wanted to buy the same Mercedes-benz car like me once he work in UAE. He said, the car price is very cheap in the country. My master asked him, "will there be any tax imposed when you want to bring the car to India?"

The friend told him, "of course, there will be a 200% tax!"
